Integration Objects is looking for Solution Sales Proposal Engineer to join the team.

Prime Responsibilities
- Call on end user representatives such as engineers or other professional and technical personnel at commercial, industrial, and other establishments to provide solutions to customers and act as a trusted advisor in applying our products to their application needs;
- Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs;
- Drawing upon a comprehensive technical knowledge in order to develop customer solutions and generate new business;
- Review specifications, application requirements, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimation or projected increases in production from client’s use of proposed equipment or services;
- Prepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, offering the best all-round solution;
- Conduct and support scope, BOM, and pricing reviews with sales, engineering and project personnel;
- Develop best cost solutions while minimizing technical risk;
- Follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales;
- Review Purchase Order and determine that it accurately reflects the offer and prepare for order entry;
- Help to build close relations with customers and suppliers;
- Provide technical support to customers relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment;
- Provide technology overviews and seminars to groups;
- Continue to study technical and product-related material and practices provided in an effort to keep up-to-date with the latest technology;
- Work efficiently and independently to accomplish company objectives;
- Ensure activities are carried out in line with agreed departmental KPIs.
Job requirements:
- Master Degree in Instrumentation & Industrial Automation Engineering or equivalent experience;
- 3 years of related experience in a variety of sales environments, preferably a technical sales role;
- Fluent English and French language skills required;
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business;
- Excellent communication & organisational skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills.
