We are a leader multinational company, and as part of our expansion, we are looking for:
Production Lead
Mission :
* Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications
* Plan, control and monitor the production in respecting of the production and quality standard
* Supervise the production and coordinate with related department (Quality, Sales, maintenance, HR,…)
* Organize, plans and optimizes all resources to achieve the production program and ensures availability means (equipment, tools, raw materials …) and the necessary teams.
* Follow-up the production order and adjust according to production risks (technical, materials, staff,…)
* Identify the root cause of non-conformity or/and the production problem/delay
* Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
* Participate in the production optimization
* Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
* Evaluation the production employee and suggest action/development plan accordingly
Requirements :
* SKTS003 : Knowing quality standards and procedures (ISO, OHSAS, …)
* SKTS007 : Analyze and understand the non-conformity
* SKTS010 : Knowledge about the problem solving and analysis tools
* SKTS019 : Read technical file/datasheet
* SKTS002 : Performa risk analysis
* SKTS020 : Ability to correct/solve problematic situations during production
* SKTS501 : Read, interpret and understand the results of various analyzes
* SKTS900 : English communication (written/oral)
* SKTS040 : Die casting machines, tools and process
* Minimum license in Mechanic or electronic or any related technical background
* Previous experience at least 4 years
