Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking an Ericsson Integration Engineer to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

  • Configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
  • Create, review, and execute node configuration scripts; and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the node configuration.
  • Provide quality solutions to technical issues raised by the construction teams with a focus on troubleshooting and implementation of new network elements.
  • These issues can be critical, highly complex problems that could span multiple platforms and technologies: UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, E91.
  • Work/Coordinate closely with various teams/organizations within Nexius to ensure we achieve the goal of providing fast, complete and quality solutions to customer requests.
  • Identify areas for improvement in ways of working for our support organization and suggest/implement improvements.
  • Responsibilities will include the need to build and expand personal technical expertise, keep abreast of customer and market technology trends and developments.

Exigences de l'emploi

What you’ll need:

  • Strong Communication skills (both written and oral at both a technical and customer service level)
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Good understanding/experience in ENM, OSS, SAMb, NetAct, AirScale, 3G and 4G technologies.
  • Flexibility regarding the working schedule
  • Desirable: Good understanding and/or experience in one or more of these areas… RETs, MIMO, VoLTE, VSWR, RSSI and PIM troubleshooting. Experience with WCDMA/HSPA and CDMA
