Desert Joy is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and improve HR processes.
The ideal candidate for this role should prove a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support a strategic vision for the HR department
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Improve the performance of the HR management system
- Oversee and develop all HR functions (recruitment, training, evaluation …)
- Implement HR policies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and ensuring their compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintain staff records and documentation
- Improve management and employee relations
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Provide effective and reliable decision supporting reviews
Exigences de l'emploi
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager (Minimum of 5 years)
- People oriented and results driven
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Remarkable English level
