We are a Canadian Marketing Consultancy agency, helping companies leverage Marketing’s power through practical and operational tactics. With Clients mainly in North America and Europe, we transform their digital presence and walk them through a more digitalized and efficient environment.

The services we provide in the digital marketing world are unlimited and are all about getting our clients to achieve their Company goals via the use of different Digital Marketing Programs such as Content marketing, PPC marketing, Social media Management, and email marketing.

We are currently looking for a digital marketing manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing and communications projects for our international customers.

Exigences de l'emploi

Essential Functions

  • Stay in touch with our clients and their team to collect information and manage their digital marketing expectations.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our clients’ digital marketing requests, including Audit, Strategy, Budget Planning, and Marketing Operations.
  • Develop and monitor all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and search/display advertising campaigns.
  • Work with your team to coordinate with other departments and to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measure and report all digital marketing campaigns’ performance and evaluate according to our goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end online customer experience across multiple channels and online customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels and landing pages.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the digital marketing performance of clients and our company

Our Requirements

  • At least 4 years of marketing experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PR, advertising, marketing…etc.), or an equivalent combination of education
  • Proficient with Google Ads Marketing with experience in managing Search, Shopping, and Display Campaigns.
  • Well versed in Google Analytics & Google Webmaster with strong Analytical skills. Other data and behavior analysis tools are also important (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Hotjar…)
  • Very comfortable with Google Tag Manager and tracking setup. The ability to track conversions through Google Tag Manager in different platforms (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Linkedin…) Is required.
  • Experienced with Social Media Advertisement ( Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest…)
  • Comfortable with Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Active Campaign..)
  • An understanding of at least the basics of SEO
  • Fluent in French and English (Mandatory).
  • Very strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about the digital and marketing world.

Optional Skills :

  • Knowledge of WordPress would be a substantial asset.
  • Familiar with graphic design tools (Photoshop – Illustrator…)
