Job purpose
Leads the production planning process according to customer’s forecasts and orders in order to guarantee the capacity adequacy and production requirements. Ensure customers delevries OTIF in order to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Accountabilities
Consolidates and analyses customer’s orders and forecasts. Deals priorities with costomer in case of lack of availability. Analyzes and monitor customer forecast reliability.
Performs and comminicates production planning following customer’s forecasts and order priorities to meet capacity adequacy and customers requirements. Updates and communicates production planning and PO’s responding to firm orders priorities, extra orders and urgent delivery requests.
Monitors the FG inventory management, inspects level and balance of the inventory and updates production planning accordingly in order to anticipate overstock, out of stock situation and overdue late schedule.
Follows up on-going production plan realization, analyses potential gaps impacts and takes accordingly needed actions to meet customers requirements and capacity adequacy.
Performs, follows up and updates delivery plan based on customer orders in order to optimize transit time & pick/pack/loading time.
Prepares, control and updates picking lists according to customer orders. Validates delivery in the information system and commincates Advanced Shipement Note to customers (ASN). Follows up delivery accuracy On-Time-In Full (OTIF) and takes actions if needed.
Prepares, communicates and reviews Production planning and outbounded logistics KPI’s and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the Logistics Department and company’s objectives.
Performs other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.

Language and Software Skills
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), ERP applications, MES application, Specific Logistics applictions (IM, WMS, TMS & CRM).
