This position is responsible for providing support to our clients through the courteous, efficient, accurate processing of client issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working directly with customers and delivering awesome support experiences are must-haves!
- Provide support by responding to phone calls and email requests in a timely manner
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution and appropriate follow-up with clients
- Investigate, reproduce, and define issues based upon ticket information, customer input, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in creating and presenting training materials.
- Support team projects as they may occur to enhance the quality or efficiency of support.
Exigences de l'emploi
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with English and/or German.
- Proficiency in English is required (bachelor’s degree in english or equivalent)
- Your unwavering commitment to customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills.
- Perfect punctuality
- Job requires participation in an after-hours/weekend rotation.
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
