This position is responsible for providing support to our clients through the courteous, efficient, accurate processing of client issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working directly with customers and delivering awesome support experiences are must-haves!

  • Provide support by responding to phone calls and email requests in a timely manner
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution and appropriate follow-up with clients
  • Investigate, reproduce, and define issues based upon ticket information, customer input, and relevant documentation.
  • Assist in creating and presenting training materials.
  • Support team projects as they may occur to enhance the quality or efficiency of support.

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with English and/or German.
  • Proficiency in English is required (bachelor’s degree in english or equivalent)
  • Your unwavering commitment to customers
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Perfect punctuality
  • Job requires participation in an after-hours/weekend rotation.
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
