Job purpose
Lead the people hiring and development processes inline with the Coficab’s business needs and develop a clear framework for learning and development activities. Implement performance management & talent Management process inline with coficab’s standards and policies.
Job Accountabilities
Implements the End to end recruitment process of the company including recrutement needs identification and analysis, recrutement compaing launch, initial preselection of candidates, candidates interview and evaluation. Defines prospective shortlists, launch hiring decision approval, designs, implements and follow up on the job initiation training program.
Identifies and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers. Designs accordingly the training plan and budget.
Executes and monitors the training plan, facilitates and monitors the evaluation of training sessions, trainers and training providers, maintains training records (qualification test, qualification matrix, training catalogue…etc.). Monitors and implements the local training regulations/rules/incentives.
Implements Organizational manual procedure (JD, Org Charts, competencies matrix…). Conducts internal trainings on company values and Internal rules. Communicates the internal HR events calender.
Develops and implements internship programs.
Administers the people satisfaction/engagement survey including setup of the survey, deployment, results analysis and communication. Supervises and monitors the suggestion system program
Prepares, communicates and reviews Recrutement and people development KPI’s and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the HR Department and company’s objectives.
Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements.Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
Exigences de l'emploi
Educational Background (or equivalent level)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
Bachelor’s degree in any other field ( Finance, Accounting, Administration, Operational) but with good knowledge of recruitment and people development processes
Required Experience Minimum 3 years in similar position

Functional and Technical Competencies
Training process, Recrutement process (Launch recruitment compaign, conduct interviews..),Training Regulation, Industrial Relation Management, Internal Communication and conflicts Management, Planning, conduct training session, Quality & EHS systems Awareness, Data analysis.
Language and Software Skills
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), HRIS & HR applications proficiency. English is a must.
