Job description :

  • Follow scorecard
  • Initiate customer responses and action plans
  • Analysis of complaints of mechatronic systems and automotive
  • Document the analysis results in the SAP Q module
  • Support customer regarding corrective and preventive actions
  • Create the analysis reports and 8D reports as well as sending them to the customer
  • Collaborate with the process managers of the production plants
  • Coordinate all activities to prepare customer communication

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualification:

  • Engineer’s degree in electronics or Mechatronics
  • 2,3 years of experience
  • Language skills (fluent English, fluent

French)
