Job description :
- Follow scorecard
- Initiate customer responses and action plans
- Analysis of complaints of mechatronic systems and automotive
- Document the analysis results in the SAP Q module
- Support customer regarding corrective and preventive actions
- Create the analysis reports and 8D reports as well as sending them to the customer
- Collaborate with the process managers of the production plants
- Coordinate all activities to prepare customer communication
Exigences de l'emploi
Qualification:
- Engineer’s degree in electronics or Mechatronics
- 2,3 years of experience
- Language skills (fluent English, fluent
French)
