On this team, we are responsible for driving the resolution of urgent incidents that impact our e-commerce platform which impowers millions of business owners worldwide. Your Qualifications:
- Confirmed Knowledge in enterprise-level networking, software deployment, and IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage concurrent tasks effectively, while understanding tradeoffs in the decision-making process
- A love of solving problems, taking on difficult challenges, and finding creative solutions
- The motivation and desire to learn new things, challenge the status quo and drive improvements to processes and tools
Nice to Have:
- Configuration management hands-on experience (Ansible,..)
- Experience with Cloud technologies, ( Amazon web services,)
- Experience with CI/CD tools,
- Scripting skills for automation (PowerShell, Python,..)

Exigences de l'emploi
What You Will Do:
- Operate the needed daily administration tasks
- Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
- Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
- Technical triage of multi-tiered critical issues including the collection of data, defining problems, establishing of facts, and drawing conclusions
- Partner with Technical SME’s to guide towards the resolution of issues through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure consistently structured and detailed troubleshooting
- Conduct post-incident analysis, thoroughly documenting resolutions
- Utilize findings to prevent reoccurring challenges
