ASTEELFLASH un des leaders mondiaux de services de fabrication électronique (EMS), cherche pour son site de fabrication  , un (e) :

Responsable Process

  • To supervise all activities of the Engineering organization related to Process management (Equipment supplier technical relationships, ECO management, Project planning )
  • To follow and manage a global report of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • To support production in daily QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)
  • To monitor process manufacturing activity
  • To manage the Process team
  • Supports other CFT members for all Engineering issues
  • Provides technical and technological expertise (to intern and extern stakeholders – ie. performs technology and process support: report, experiment…)
  • Prepares periodic reports and special reports as required (KPI’s)
  • Participates to risk analysis assessments at CQ and NPI phases
  • Supervises personnel, provides information, advices and counsels on an organizational basis
  • Assigns new projects, participates to risk analysis reviews, defines human resources needs
  • Coordinates training process, materials, and effectiveness evaluations
  • Ensures that the Process Leader/Technician is managing process projects in compliance with the corporate methodology (PLM Agile Phases, tasks and gates)
  • Reviews the major deliverables and supports Process request for resources.
  • Defines Procedure of new process and equipment introduction (documents, trainings…)
  • Organizes process trainings for manufacturing, process, maintenance
  • Defines key process controls characteristics to monitor
  • Supports the mass production
  • Performs Design of experiment (DoE)
  • Performs monitor technology
  • Participates to the statistical processes control (SPC) definition
  • Performs standard PFMEA – Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and defines control plan
  • Performs processes improvement (Kaizen, Lean)
  • Analyses CSC (Customer Service Center) / RMA (Return Material Agreement) products
  • Identifies obsolete and unused equipment

Exigences de l'emploi

Profile: 

  • Master Degree with 10 years’ experience in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in Similar position in EMS industry with > 5 year experience.
