Our client is the Online Store Department for massage devices.
Very dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce site, the company is a structure of 5 people.

-Job Description
You work within the Customer Service team and will be responsible for the following missions:
-Opening of investigations for lost packages
-Follow-up of customer orders in collaboration with the purchasing team and the logistics platform.
-Management of exchanges / returns, follow-up of disputes
-Contribute to improvements in the customer’s shopping experience on the site
-Incoming and outgoing calls
-Respond to Facebook comments
-Email management (customer responses)

*Required profile
The ability and the skills for resolving problem
Bac 3 (Bachelor / License) minimum
PERFECTLY SPEAKING English orally and in writing
You have already had experience in customer relations.
