Back End Operator
Main responsibilities:
- He/she works in the Back End Line, following Production’s orders;
- He/she preparates programmes/line setup;
- He/she guarantees line’s output (quality/quantity of the product);
- He/she knows about Back End Line maintenance;
Exigences de l'emploi
Profile:
- Knows of electronics components and products;
- Knows all Back End’s processes: card splitting (card separation), PTH component’s insertion, wave soldering, testing (basic), packaging;
- Knows of IPC 610 standard
- soft skills – team work, communication, problem solving, amelioration process;
