Description de l'emploi

– Receive employees and collect their claims.

– Registration of different HR informations on a database and software.

– Update administrative records of employees and detect any anomalies.

– Notification of employees who leave positions and follow-up of disciplinary questionnaires.

– Management of the entries and exits of the employees (end of contracts, test period not completed, abandonment of post …)

– Follow-up of absences of employees (illness, special leave …)

– Classification of contracts, amendments, and various administrative decisions in employee files. 

-Assure a weekly survey of the working conditions of shop advisers and analyze the results in order to propose corrective actions.

-Time Management: Update the time and attendance / attendance status.

-Assist the Human Resources department on all activities R.H

Exigences de l'emploi

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent 

– Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ..) 

– Good level in Arabic, French

 – Excellent level in English 

– Rigorous, open minded, strong will, attentive and adaptable with interpersonal and organizational skills.
