Description de l'emploi
- Schedule and track shipments
- Ensure good / materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
- plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, exports, or customer issues.
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
- Able to make analysis and follow up using specific templates
Exigences de l'emploi
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics and order desk management
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and mainly in Excel
- Pervious ERP system (SAP) experience is a plus
- Self-Starter being able to work Under minimum supervision
- analytical, assiduous, flexible and active personality
- English (reading, speaking and writing) is a must
