Description de l'emploi
Your missions:
- Strong technical trouble shooting skills Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Tablets, Mobile and AV devices
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Knowledge of at least one Helpdesk Software i.e. Sapphire/BMC remedy /ServiceNow /Manage engine
- Good knowledge in Microsoft teams / Skype and audio video technologies such as Logitech Dock/Rally
- Microsoft: Active Directory, Azure, Cloud system management, DHCP, DNS, Office 365
- Knowledge in Windows Domain, Web based applications, site management like A records, DNS.
- Windows Server administration, backup configuration, working knowledge of VMware
- Network support, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, voice, network security, and Web conferencing
- Technology knowledge on firewall, router, switches and communication links (MPLS, ILL, ADSL)
- Technical knowledge to support CCTV, access control, electricity, cooling for server room upkeep
- Working Knowledge of tools such as Nagios, syslog, desktop remote support, IBM Bigfix, MDM
- Understanding to implement Corp security standards, configuration and policies on IT infrastructure
- Ability to coordinate with business and Corp team to inbuild and infra and implement SAP modules
- Identify, analyze and recommend IT solutions to Tunisia and IS Corp management as per Corp Policies
- Identity local risks and liaise with Corporate IS to develop risk mitigation plans, work on SOC and VAPT
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, manage IT devices inventory
- Respond in a timely manner for support, services, security and breakdown related issues and requests
- Perform daily checklist task for hardware and software, health of systems, technical documentation, performance monitoring and systems availability
- Ready to stretch and work on extending working hours and weekends as tech infra demands that
- Manage all aspects of the SAP Project locally to facilitate successful delivery.
- Coordinate with Corporate IS team on SAP & Local IT Infrastructure
Exigences de l'emploi
- 4-6 years’ experience in the field of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and spoken English along with French
- End user experience in one of the SAP modules or experience in SAP support
- Understanding of SAP Customer, Vendor & Material Master is desirable
- Good communication, collaboration and interaction skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Very good technical and soft skills to manage customer support experience
- Must be team player with quality of ownership and accountability to drive IT tasks independently
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with end-users, peers, senior management, vendors and team members in different geo locations
