Process Engineer
Missions:
Responsible of the assembly equipment daily operations; coordinate daily/monthly/yearly maintenance work, trouble shooting; lead technician team daily work, training the new technicians. Support the implementation of continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize processes and operations in our industrial departments by the means of Lean Manufacturing strategies, tools and methodologies:
• Check and verify the machine operating status daily and make the corresponding record, arrange team technician daily work
• Check every machine production status and quality status, analyse the machine performance and make the record.
• According to work instruction, standardize operation and give training for workers; track the procedure of process implementation and abnormal process basing on work instruction
• Develop innovative technical solutions finalized to the reduction of the maintenance costs of machines and production plants. Collect data, create the specific documentation and plan the execution of technical actions concerning the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Based on the machine maintenance plan, make the trouble shooting and repair together with team, make the preventive maintenance based on the machine status and production plan, make the suggestion for next step maintenance to improve machine performance in future
• Available to work in shifts.
Exigences de l'emploi
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years assembly line working experience in modern plant
- Fluency in English and Italian (oral and writing)
- Ability to interpret the technical drawing (mechanical, pneumatic and electric)
- Can use office software perfectly
- Can handle the maintenance technology and trouble shooting, repair skill
- Team Leadership.
