You log the complaints in the CRM tool, you update dispatcher, you do the follow up on some existing cases, contacting customer/ partners.
You provide administrative support to the local country organization and you provide team complaint reporting.
With a High School diploma or higher, a work experience from an international environment is an asset. The fluency of the English is a must.
