Corporate Services & Transport Purchasing Specialist
MISSION:
Carry out and coordinate services & transport purchasing activities and operations including strategic sourcing, purchasing contracts management and supplier relationship management in line with corporate purchasing strategy and company policy in order to support Coficab’s business objectives within a lowest possible total cost.
Your Key Challenges are to:
Prepare Request For Quotation/Request For Proposal document including technical specifications (forcast, needs, volumes, logistic characteristics…) and communicates it timely to the prequalified suppliers in accordance with purchasing rules and predefined procedure.
Collect and review suppliers proposals including price condition, planning, terms of payment, inco terms and others relevant informations. Participate in the selection process and drafts the comparison matrix.
Prepare or review draft version of contracts/agreements terms & conditions according to the predefined procedure.
Follow up contracts/agreements approval process and coordinate with internal stakeholders until their validation and signature according to the predefined purchasing authority matrix and the approval process.
Communicate approved contracts/agreements terms and conditions (including prices, bonuses, discounts and payment & delivery terms) to the concerned parties.
Monitor contracts or agreements terms and conditions update or renewal process and coordinates with internal stakeholders its status. Followup of Turovers and evaluations forms
Contribute actively in the improvement of supplier performance. Prepare, communicate and review transport purchasing KPI’s & periodic report and define accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Purchasing department and the Company’s objectives.
Comply with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Comply with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Profile:
Educational Background:
Bachelor degree in business administration, Management or Finance
Required Experience:
2 years in similar position in industrial environment (automotive sector is desired)
Technical Skills: Purchasing processes, Basic accounting and finance, Legal norms (contracts), Continuous improvement techniques, Quality & EHS standards, Analytical and problem solving skills, Organizational skills, Risk Management.
Language and Software Skills:
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), ERP applications.
English is a must
Behavioral Competencies in: Communication, Building Relationships,Self Development, Personal Effectiveness.
