A world market leader in access and revenue management is looking for, 

Senior Sales Professional 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Present the company, prospect clients through research, market analysis and contacts, to identify potential businesses
  • Complete the sales process from bid to order; work with sales team to create proposals, bid packages, and submittals
  • Make quality quotations and respond to all inquiries
  • Active collaboration in marketing and communication of the multinational towards the customers. Support and manage marketing activities, organize and attend events and client activities
  • Ensure a complete and correct transfer from the projects to the Project Team
  • Regular feedback to the General Manager of the results of your customer visits and developments
  • Define / Maintain / Improve Sales Admin & Order Management processes
  • Develop new business with Customers strategic Prospects at National and international level- new segments and develop new revenue sources with new solutions to existing customers as well
  • Commits and build personal and professional relationships with Key Customers
  • Increase sales of products and services and through constant relationship and follow-up with customers.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions in respect of the company guidles and cost restrictions
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation
  • Identify possible problems that may generate customer dissatisfaction and take appropriate preventive actions and / or report facts to the General Manager and other departments involved in the supply process

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Skills required – Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets
  • Strong computer literacy and good working knowledge in windows based programs (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Technology savvy- Solution orientation
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with people at all levels 
  • Eye for details
  • Punctual, reliable and excellent time management skills
  • High Level of English, frensh and arabic (spoken and written)
