CPL Jobs is recruiting for its leading client in the automotive sector (in the Sahel region):
Procurement Analyst
Main purpose of position
Ensure process analysis of the purchasing activity so that the internal customers’ demands be satisfied, respecting at the same time the budget and the tasks proposed.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the continuity & the optimisation of Raw Materials flow by:
Analyse the MPS comparison prior to MRP run
Analysing the MRP output and suggestion ( normal & urgent orders)
Optimisation of the RM days of stock to achieve the target defined by the company( analysing the Excess, slow moving and obsolete stock on weekly basis)
Ensure the necessary flow of components for the start-up of new projects (Procurement of new project)
Manage the extinction of components to avoid obsolete stock
Manage the design change system and validate/follow logistics outstanding
Make sure any task not listed above and asked by the direct manager responsible or manager of department is done
Skills & Experience
Bac + 3 graduated (Scientific / Technical)
Minimum 2 years’ experience within Logistics department
Good communication and English skills
Good skills in supply chain management, Transport, customs, Purchasing..
