Ensure the project Quality and safety assurance on the project and coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project.
Ensure Project Quality plan application, supporting the project teams to prepare & follow up related action plans
Ensure consistency between the project objectives and the customer’s satisfaction.
Report quality and safety alerts
· Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project
· Ensure REX process within the project
. Manage Non conformities and Safety issues and animate problem solving during project execution phase
· Measure and improve project quality performance
· Ensure « Problem Solving Tool » action plan management, following findings list issued after system audits
· Ensure organization and consolidation results of Process Reviews, and site Quality Management Review
Exigences de l'emploi
Disponibilité immédiate (Visa valide exigé)
Ingénieur avec une expérience significative dans le secteur automobile ou ferroviaire ou aéronautique.
– Maitrise des outils qualité
– Black Belt Lean Six Sigma
– Green Belt Lean Management & Manufacturing
– Problem Solving Tools: PDCA, DMAIC, Ishikawa, 5 whys, QRQC, 8D
– Lean Manufacturing: 5S, VSM, Hoshin, SMED, KANBAN, Visual management
– Core Tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, CAR, GPDS)
– RISK MANAGEMENT: SWOT, PESTEL, Contingency Plan…
– Performance management (Balanced Scorecards)
