An OPEX Leader
Reporting to our Plant Manager, your tasks will include deploying problem solving training within site, leading VIP process in which you will be tracking and generating ideas to populate saving and leading EMS implementation program to ensure deployment within the organization.
You will be an active member in process improvement, conversion loss and cost of quality follow up process.
You will also lead the knowledge sharing program and mentor Green and Black Belts candidates.
Exigences de l'emploi
The Ideal candidate has an Engineer degree with a minimum 5 years in depth-experience in project management and manufacturing process.
The successful candidate has to be fluent in English and certified in Black Belt.
He has good knowledge in DMAIC methodology, Lean and solving problem tools: ICHIKAWA, 5whys, Is/IsNot, etc.
High presentation and communication skills are assets for your success in this position.
