Description de l'emploi
Leads the production extrusion opr metal section scheduling activities, monitors program execution, monitors on-filed production performance, supports the execution team in the resolution of issues, verifies the organization and cleaniless of the work areas, develops and implements production projects, processes, procedures, instructions and systems in order to meet production deparment objectives Implements the prodution extrusion or metal section organization, policies, processes, procedures, instruction, visual aid, information systems and cross functional improvement projects in line with corporate standard.
Leads and Conducts scheduling activites in coordination with logistics department such as production program analysis, detailed production schedule development, production orders allocation by production line and human resources allocation on production lines.
Monitors production daily program progress, defines and undertakes appropriated schedule updates to ensure products availablity, optimized time and quality results, efficient speed and optimized raw materials and tools consumption and scrap quantities generated in order to meet target objectives.
Collects and reviews production data, checks reported process parameters, changeover and start-up results, wire breaks, overconsumption, control plan results, scrap results.
Identifies potential parameters discreapencies.
Propose and implement immediate corrective actions by deploying Fast Problem Solving technics. Follows up closely production execution on the shop floor, performs diagnostic of reported problems within extrusion section (reparation, wire Break, overconsumption, work areas organization and cleaniless (5S) etc.), defines and supports the production execution team in the deployment of immediate corrective actions. Implements and monitors on-field results of defined actions plan.
« Reviews first and second level maintenance activites of production lines and its related equipments. Participate to the development of Term Of references for new technical equipements and tools acquisition.Performs technical validation of new acquired equipements and tools. Stops the production in case of non conformity and takes approriate decisions according to the non coformity product treatment procedure. »
Reviews production extrusion or metal section KPI’s and propose accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Production Department and the Company’s objectives.
« Contributes to the development of production Team (Technical performance evaluation, training, coaching). Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement. »
Exigences de l'emploi
Production manufacturing processes and associated technologies, metal processes, production planning and scheduling, Process improvement techniques, Manufacturing Quality standards, Continuous improvement techniques, Analytical and problem solving skills, Organizational skills, Project Management.
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), ERP applications, MES, CMMS applications. English is a must.
