Establish a training system according to the strategy of OPPO, that includes different training resources and operations.
Develop, organize and implement regular training plans according to OPPO’s’ product launches and also the sales team needs.
Write prepare training textbooks as well as develop the training content according to headquarters materials and Tunisian Market requirements.
Prepare and organize the training team planning according to the fields’ needs.
Participate in the internal or external recruitment of training team and be responsible of their guidance and training skills improvement and development.
Regular follow up of the training team daily work, such as their assessment check, testings, evaluations and reporting.
Regular reporting and coordination with head of training department.
Ensure the respect and follow up of OPPO culture.
Exigences de l'emploi
Bachelor degree in management or equivalent.
More than 3 years experience in the sales field.
More than 2 years experience in the training field.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic french and English.
Great training skills such as being able to prepare a full training course independently, invent creative ideas to improve training mechanism and build a training system.
