Main Tasks / Responsibilities
Ensures planning for his/her area of responsibility services, goals, capacity and budgetsTakes decisions within his/her area of responsibilityRepresents his/her area of responsibility and subjects externally and internallyCoordinates preparation and release of internal instructions/documentation within his/her area of responsibilityManages specific know-howInitiates and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes globallyAssesses solutions and takes decision for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation pathsDeploys the LEONI Supply Chain (SC) strategy in the plantIdentifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections at plant levelSupports the definition of standards for Supply ChainEnsures accurate and efficient production control process / Raw Material supply processImplements the standard internal material flow systemEnsures accurate and efficient Finished Stock-take process in the plant /Goods delivery process / Transport management process/ packaging management processSupervises the customs clearance processComplies with all current relevant legal and internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulationsEnsures and contributes to the customer satisfactionEnsures and contributes to LEONI financial targets and resultsComplies with deadlinesFulfills the quality requirementsPeople Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring)Coordinates activities across departments and monitors results in order to achieve the defined objectivesContinuously empowers and motivates the team by showing attention for good performanceEnsures the exchange of information among team members and between the teamsEnables cooperation within the department and between different departmentsGives Feedback at the right time

University level of educationBranch of study: Commercial / Economics / Logistics / Business administrationLeadership training / Project Management / Change ManagementSupply Chain specific trainingsGood interpersonal and communication skills.Work experience: Minimum 5-years experience in management position in automotive industry (Supply Chain management, production management…)Leadership experience: Minimum 5-years recommended
