Key Responsibilities
- Teams coordinator (movements or replacements in case of absence, production needs, emergencies, development of skills)
- Machine leader (resolution of line stops, start-ups, breakdowns, product changes)
- Management of problems and production (times and solving problem)
- First intervention and troubleshooting on machinery used for production
- Analysis of production variances and implementation of corrective actions
- Participation in the development of new products on the production lines ensuring the correct flow of materials and staff involved
- Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
- Maximizes product profitability and improve product performances
- Assures competitiveness and innovation of products and processes from a technological and design standpoint, in line with the reference PM guidelines
- Lead and provide machine line planning and maintenance service
- Team management and Team working
- Spare part, RM and FP stock management
- Responsible for conducting CAPA solving session on weekly defects.
- Ensures and consolidates that the growth of the technical « know-how » within the working group is shared and constantly increasing
- Applies all relevant international regulations/norms/standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, good artisan skills.
- Report making both in oral and written in English language as well
- Ensuring safe work environment at manufacturing unit with implementation of Best practices, Safety guidelines, work permits, PPE usage
- Handling of RM and Finished products form/to Machine line form/to Warehouse
- Ability to use forklift truck
- Overall support the Management Leader
