We are looking for a program manager to be responsible for developing, implementing and assessing the Westerwelle Startup Haus Tunis Entrepreneurship Programm 2020 (WSHTEP 20).The WSHTEP 20 is an is an initiative that aims to provide assistance to start-ups operating in Tunisia by providing access to quality infrastructure as well as tailor-made services to support their business growth.Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop, organize and monitor the entrepreneurship program- Develop and control deadlines budget and activities- Apply changes , risk and resource management- Monitor workshops and mentoring activities- Assume responsibility for the program candidates and their needs- Asses program performance- Prepare report and coordinate with general manager
Exigences de l'emploi
Requirements:- University degree or equivalent preferably in: entrepreneurship, business management or social sciences is an asset- At least 2 years work experience in projects management- Previous experience program manager is necessary- Previous experience working in entrepreneurship ecosystem is a plus- Fluent English & French (both oral and written)- Entrepreneurial mindset- Solution-oriented thinking/work approach- High degree of personal initiative- Strong communication, organization and project management skills- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team- Ability to work with project management tools- Able to achieve results with limited supervision- Organized and reliable working manner- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft, Google, Asana etc).- International mindset
