Challenges:

• Gathers requirements from a technical standpoint

• Writes technical specifications and submits to IM-MES team

• Provides project updates to IM-MES team

• Assists in the deployment of the software for testing and production release

• Assists the Organizational Change department in creating training materials and courses for MES applications

• Ensures 1st level support for local plant

• Trains users at plant level.
