We are looking for a candidate who is Trustworthy, full of energy, and willing to take on a challenging role that has great potential for progression. 

You will provide a variety of Human Resource services with an emphasis on the work environment, HR Payroll & Staff management, and other HR activities.  

Responsibilities:  

  Under the supervision of the Human Capital Director, you will:

-Manage Employee related activities (payroll records, health assurance, onboarding process for new hires, etc.) 

-Support recruitment related activities  

-Support the company of in-house or off-site activities, like events, training, celebrations, and conferences.                           

-Carry out varied administrative duties etc.

This role would be office based but due to current circumstances will be remote for the time being.

 

Exigences de l'emploi

– University degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field. 

– Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

– Have a pleasant, positive and welcoming personality 

-Strong collaboration skills  

-Action-orientation and comfortable with rapid change 

– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
