Description de l'emploi
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementing and manage IT and financial market training programs within an in-house learning center: Analyze the management and the employees’ training needs related to hard and soft skills, Choose and develop curriculum for new recruits, Knowledge transfer and skills development.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions: Select training provider, prepare training logistics, Manage trainees and trainers, collect and analyze Feedbacks.

- Exceptional pedagogical and educational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility, engagement and client service-oriented
- Very good English and excellent French. Other languages are appreciated.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field, within IT and/or financial market sector (Securities & Asset Management, Life Insurance, Actuarial services, etc.).
- Master’s degree in Training Engineering or Human resources managing.
