Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client, une multinationale de renommé :
Business Analyste
Mission Principale (Main Mission) :
· Coordinate sales forecasting process and translate to item forecast, (including new businesses in pipeline), Prepare, maintain and publish to different team (Sales, Finance, Program management)
· Develop and run items forecasts considering the appropriate statistical models, with coorelation of sales and demand strategy. (utilization of proper forecasting methods and software tools to deliver and monitor forecast accuracy)
· Gather data from a variety of sources, Assess, interpret, and analyze the data in development of a thorough, accurate and supportable demand forecast for use in S&OP, supply Planning. (Capability to work with complex and Big data)
· Design, develop and use metrics and prepare reports to monitor forecast accurately.
· Monitor and develop KPI reporting with comprehensive breakdown and analysis (Orderfill, Backlogs, Inventory, availability, …etc) and help demand Planning team.
· Run and perform regular and various statistics to support Business for evaluating changes and decisions.
Tâches annexes (other tasks) :
· Active Participation of processes’ development within the Planning department
· Carry out other duties, responsibilities, and projects within the functional department as assigned, in an effective manner.
Exigences de l'emploi
Diplôme: Management/statistics or equivalent
Expérience: 2+ years proven successful forecasting or inventory Management and demand Planning with high focus on statisticals & forecasting
Connaissances exigées :
- Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner.
- Proven strong understanding of forecast methodologies and models
- Proven strong understanding of inventory Management and demand Planning
- Proficient in utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and complex data integration.
- Experience with ERP & forecasting tools.
Langues : Français et surtout Anglais
