Challenges:
-Daily check of two-day clocking status for fault correction on SAP
-Follow changes (Allocation, Group Function, DC, …)
– Daily reporting of total hours worked
– Follow-up of the segments indicators and development of the dashboards: Hours worked, number of people, absence,
fluctuation, hours of training …
-Follow the workforce, development of monitoring tables (actual and forecast)
-Support manager in needs identification, development and validation of the versatility and poly-competence
-Identify the need for recruitment -Ensure the return of absence interview (process of the improvement of presence « AIP »)
-Implement the new human resources processes according to the work instructions
-Support transport planning
-Disciplinary file monitoring
-Ensure a stable social climate

Qualifications:
– Level of education : Bachelors degree (BAC+3)
– Studies / branch of study / degree : All Specialties
– Work experience : 1 years in the automotive industry
