• Lead your team to its goal through excellent local coaching • Animate, motivate, energize and retain your telemarketers • Manage performance indicators, analyze them and take active and corrective actions • Ensure skills development and ‘autonomy of telemarketers • Animate the production set • Ensure a good work dynamic • Ensure compliance with the internal regulations on the set You must have: Minimum experience of 2 years in supervision in a parapsychology call center Excellent English, Excellent sense interpersonal skills Sense of responsibility and positive spirit Leadership and ability to motivate, unite, develop skills Analytical capacity Please send us
