We work with major players in many sectors: Industry, automotive, banking, finance, Insurance, telecoms, etc …Our goal is to support our clients in creating business-oriented solutions through our experienced and highly qualified teams.As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for:

An International Recruiter

Main missions: 

  • Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources
  • Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/Skype
  • Coordination of candidate interviews with the client, including travel arrangements and accompanying candidate to client
  • Interview preparation and coaching of candidates
  • Diploma verification and reference checks
  • Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews
  • Proactive pool management for strategic profiles 
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure
  • Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
  • Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements. Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position
  • Attract/source candidates for open positions, Roster and Register
  • Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the hiring managers

Exigences de l'emploi

Main requirements: 

  • Licence/Master Degree from a Business School/University 
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience 
  • Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates 
  • Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn,
  • Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines; 
  • Good negotiation skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
