HR House International is recruiting for one of her client an international Customer Care Management Company:
HR Manager (H/F)
Missions:
- have the responsibility to manage all the HR related issues in Tunis and manage the entire employee life cycle within the company
- Manage the direct resources life cycle
- Manage the recruiting and induction process
- Manage the training process (comprehensive of training needs analysis, project management, supervision and delivery where applicable)
- Supervise for the development programs such as assessment center
Exigences de l'emploi
Profile:
- You have degree in HR management or equivalent an equivalent diploma
- You have previous experience in similar positions and in the same industry
- You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Italian language is a real asset
Skills:
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Excellent Problem solving skills and stress management
- Strong capability to organize and to communicate with people
