Description de l'emploi
-Manage and supervise the employees under his responsibility-Develop the activity on an ongoing basis and ensure the efficiency of the team -Ensure the continuous training of employees as needed -Be the guarantor of the existence of the favorable climate in the team -Maintain moderation techniques for meetings-Have to manage conflicts-Communicate, negotiate with different interlocutors -Manage priorities-Maintain quality planning for new projects -Pilot projects quality-Maintain technical changes products, processes and means.-Maintain the approval procedures of production processes according to customer requirements and internal procedures-Maintain the management of control equipment, measurement and testing. -Master the approval of the new equipment’s -Master the problem solving methods -Master the PPAP / EMPB quality tools-Master the quality tools, APQP -Master the quality tools FMEA, Supervision plan -Master the statistical analysis SPC, MSA , CPK, CMK etc …-Maintain the IATF 16949 standard-Maintain the VDA 6.3 standard -Maintain the ISO 19011 standard -Maintain the ISO 17025 standards -Maintain the processes and the production flows -Develop relevant dashboards and monitor KPI’s-Maintain the control Quality according to customer requirements and internal procedures -Maintain, manage and comply with customer standards, WSD, and internal procedures. -Realize internal audits (process and system) -Maintain the technical documents of the client (drawing, additional drawing, technical change) -Maintain the use of the Software Omnitracker-Know the drawings, plans and specifications of the components / materials -Know how to interpret the synoptic of manufacturing, FMECA Processes, Monitoring Plan and special characteristics of the supplier -Maintain the component approval procedures according to VDA2 and PPAP
