Overview of Role:
To support the HR function. This is a position that demands excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. This role would be ideally suited to a junior profile
What you will do:
• Creating and distributing administrative documents
• Handle insurance by acting as a liaison between employees and insurance provider
• Participate in Meal vouchers order preparation and distribution
• Providing customer service to organization employees
• Maintaining current HR files and databases by updating and entering data
• Updating employee benefits, employment status, and similar records by maintaining current HR files and databases
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements
• help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment
• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
• Participate in Procedures management & communication
• Support Team Lead/ Supervisors in Disciplinary cases
• Support general day to day functional operations of the Human Resources department and any other ad hoc duties as arise.
Exigences de l'emploi
What we need from you:
• Min. 6 months experience within an HR/support role, ideally within a fast paced environment
• A Bachelor Degree in management, Human Resources, Labor Psychology or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills to include MS Office, in particular excel
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
• High level of communication skills both Verbal & Written
• Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
