- Responsible for maintaining a solid pipeline of resources for OneContact Recruitment Projects
- Developing the Human resources department
- Finding Candidates through LinkedIn, and other Web and Social Channels
- Creative who can think of new ideas to recruit employees
- Tech Savvy and detail-oriented with a research-oriented thought process
- Prior Recruiting Experience is preferred
- Update company social channels with new positions and information
Qualifications:
- Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
- Ability to think, problem-solve, take action, and follow-through
- Should know Technical Terminology
- Should have experience interviewing Technical Teams
