In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile:
Financial Manager
Main responsibilities:
The candidate will be in charge of all financial management issues regarding two local subsidiaries of a multinational manufacturing company based in Italy and listed on the Italian stock exchange.
Experienced in accounting, tax and statutory reporting, the candidate will operate in a multinational environment reporting to local Tunisian general manager and to Italian central finance department.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Group monthly/quarterly and yearly financial and management reporting under IFRS/IAS
- Coordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements both under local and international accounting standards
- Regulatory, tax and local statutory legal requirements
- Local bank relations and management supported by cash flow analysis
- Transfer price documentation and support
The candidate will be local point of reference for administration, financial and tax issues, will lead a team of accountants of both companies and will manage day by day relations with local authorities, banks, consultants and auditors.
Focus in the next 18 months will be:
- Supporting ramp up of a newco, recently established as a contract manufacturer of an Italy based Business Unit
- Managing the capital investment programme and funding of the local initiative
- Set up and organizing companywide administration and accounting procedures in the group information system SAP
Exigences de l'emploi
Skills required are:
- Fluency in English
- Hands on experience in SAP ECC implemented in an integrated business environment
- Offshore management of local subsidiaries
- Team building capabilities and leadership
The candidate has approx. ten years of experience with a background in multinational manufacturing companies or international accounting firms.
With a proactive approach and problem-solving attitude, the candidate is willing to support group and local management in the financial growth of the local operations.
