In this role you will be reporting directly to the CEO and in charge of the following:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and priorities to ensure successful recruitment efforts.
- Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment: recruit, interview, recommend, and hire « best in class » talent.
- Build a candidate network that relies on proactive sourcing techniques and on-going candidate engagement.
- Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that build a talent readiness for the organization.
- Proactively immerse yourself in the business and culture to enhance all recruitment efforts and identify potential challenges.
- Leads or assists with training sessions covering specified areas such as those concerned with Employee Development, Policies and Procedures, etc.
- Coach and guide hiring managers on interview best practices and leverage a strong candidate experience
- Act as brand ambassador to promote the company culture internally and externally, also track and insure high employment engagement KPIs
- Improve the company employment brand and stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques

- Having a reputation for outstanding candidate pipeline generation (active and passive candidates)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and time-management skills
- Innate ability to read people, build trust, and instill action- from afar.
- Strong functional expertise that includes a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
