Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
Main duties will be to provide general in-house legal work in support of the activities of Tunisia Office.
• Handling and follow-up of all legal matters pertaining to the management and conduct of daily operations (such as any corporate, commercial, finance, tax, IP, labor or property law issues) • Provision of general advice and support in all legal matters regarding the above and all what relates to foreign-invested enterprises laws and regulations in Tunisia and Libya • Management of outside counsel that may be involved in the above activities.

Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others)
• qualified lawyer • Native Arabic speaker;• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing with excellent drafting capability); fluent in French • With at least 3 years professional qualified experience either in-house in a multinational corporation and/or in private practice in a top-tier law firm in MENA;• With strong drafting capabilities;• With strong ability to work autonomously in multi-functional environment;• With excellent reporting and synthesis skills;• With experience in dealing with Tunisian administration authorities;• Honest,Open minded, flexible and business oriented.
