Our client is an off-shore company specialized in the manufacture and assembly of semiconductors and other electronic components, with an experience of over 95 years in the industry. Due to its ambitious growth plans, our client is currently seeking for a :
1 HR Business Partner
You will be responsible for managing delivery of our learning & talent development strategy and drive
the improvement of performance across the organization through developing and embedding a technical and behavioral competency framework, to form the basis for staff development.
Your main missions :
- Contribute to the overall HR strategic cultural change programme to create and embed a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to shaping organisational approaches for talent management.
- Work with the General Director and the onsite HR Team, to develop & deliver a 3 year performance and development strategy for staff in our Tunis manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with the overall HR and organisational strategy.
- Partner with line managers to ensure each role / function has clear roles, responsibilities and performance standards are defined and well communicated.
- Up skill and coach managers on general HR best practice and policies and procedures.
- Undertake training needs analysis of the site and individuals, based on organisational monitoring & evaluations, and Performance Development Reviews (PDRs)

Person specification :
The ideal candidate will already be working as an HR Specialist, with a proven track record in one or more of the areas mentioned above, a sound understanding of international HR best practices, together with an open mind for innovation, while being focused on delivering practical solutions.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable providing advice to management and personnel on HR issues, and acting as an HR business partner, as well as coordinating the development and roll out of global HR programmes.
Ability to speak English is essential and previous experience of using SAGE HRIS / Payroll is highly advantageous.
