We are looking for one of our major account customers specialized in plastic injection of automotive parts (manufacture of molds and models):
Testing Engineer
Mission of the function :
To make sure Mass production is on schedule with minimum tester downtime / line changeover time and exceed target yield. Work with HQ Engineering for failure analysis and make test process improvement
Tasks :
- Operation excellence: Continues process improvement: Tester downtime reduction, Re-test rate reduction for ICT/PCBA and Final level, Line changeover time reduction, First pass yield improvement and re-test rate reduction
- Test stations setup and arrange maintenance base on schedule
- Review line UPH and make improvement
- Work with HD Engineering for failure analysis for process improvement
- Available to work in shifts
- All requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, environmental protection regulations, and internal company rules must be observed.
Exigences de l'emploi
ompetencies :
- 3+ Years experience in modern electronics manufacturing test engineering field
- Strong communication skill, work well with others at various level
- Fluency in English/Italian (oral and Writing)
- Strong team building and organizational skills
- Familiar with Six Sigma, MSA (GR&R etc), SPC, FMEA, Qaltiy tools and DFT tools
- Excel knowledge with basic statistic functions
- Familiar with PCBA and box build manufacturing process
- Project management knowledge
- Familiar with ICT/FCT hardware and software
- Preferred knowledge of Labview, TestStand
