We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, a Plant Quality and HSE Manager. Our client is an Italian multinational group, one of the biggest shoe producers in Tunisia. The Group is made up of three production units in greater Tunis, with more than 750 employees. Operating under the directives of the head office based in Italy as a subcontractor of luxury footwear brands.
Main Mission :
- Define and deploy with plant manager the Quality & HSE policy
- Ensure the Plant’s compliance with all Safety/regulation standards
- Manage the Plant Quality System
- Analyse risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety and respect of the environment
- Define with the plant manager the Quality and HSE objectives and monitor progress. Monitor the reporting of related indicators
- Propose an annual improvement action plan to the plant management
- Organise and drive Quality and HSE audits and trainings.
- Carry out accidents and quality issues enquiries
Exigences de l'emploi
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialisation in Quality, Health, Saefty & Environment or similar
- 7 years’ experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of Quality & HSE tools and methods : QRQC, FMEA, 5 why methodology, audits …
- Knowledge of national legislation
- Rigor and exemplarity
- Customer relationship experience and communication skills
- Italian and English required
