We are looking to hire a Finance Controller with a strong emphasis on HR and Accounting for Tunisia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise and manage all financial, legal and administrative aspects of the company (including but not limited to: procedures, operations, legal affairs, HR, Purchasing etc.) and financial (including but not limited to: treasury, management control, etc.).
Set up and lead the management control in its entirety (e.g. evaluation of financial risks, validation of tax choices)
Manage the administrative function ( e.g. prepare and manage guidelines, procedures)
Responsible for the accounting follow-up of the company as well as the banking relations and the sustainability of the cash flow (negotiation, credit policy and amongst other ad hoc accounting tasks)
Play an essential role in legal management and supervise various aspects: contractual, tax, litigation, consulting
Follow the payment of customers and suppliers and control the purchase and sale invoices.
Supervise the administrative activities of the personnel (follow-up of work contracts, payslips, bonuses, end of contracts, amongst other HR tasks.)
A higher education degree in Economics/Finance and at least 5 years of similar experience
Excellent knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken
Excellent writing skills in French
Good organisational, listening and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office
