Smartware Industrial Solutions and Services is a fast growing nearshore IT Company in Tunisia offering tailored software solutions and services focusing primarily on the European market. 

Currently we are looking for an exceptionally driven and experienced individual to help manage and develop our fast growing workforce. You will be setting up HR policies and procedures and you will own the full life-cycle of recruiting activities for new hires.

Exigences de l'emploi

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementing the recruiting strategy and sourcing candidates using different sourcing channels: direct approach, referrals, social media platforms, job boards etc
  • Handle operational issues such as absence and performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
  • Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through profiling, trait assessments and behavioral based interviewing
  • Develop a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Relevant Qualification
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Experience in IT/Software Industry
  • Fluent in French and English. German is a huge plus
