Innovation Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Conduct end to end R&D and Innovation projects and provide support to the Innovation supervisor on project creation, approval to serial launch validation, and project closure according to predefined policies, procedures and rules in order to reach target objectives in terms of budget, delay and quality.
Your Key Challenges are to:
Execute end to end product design phase such as preparing design initiation form, performing equipements, tools and raw materials availability assessement,
Prepare and issue samples production order, supervise samples production, prepare and issue testing requests and review test results,
Monitor post-launch production results (process capability, performance result, control results,etc.) and provide required support for Problem solving (if needed).
Initiate validation of serial production, update and close the Industrialization project.
Prepare, communicate and review Business application KPI’s and define accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the department’s and the Company’s objectives.
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Profile
Educational Requirements: Engineering or Master’s degree in materials, electronics, mecatronics, industrialization or equivalent field
Required Experience: 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in Research & Developement
Technical Skills: Manufacturing business processes, Design techniques DOE, Industrial planning, Product Safety PSB, R&D&I specefic techniques, Applied Research, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Analytical Skills, Enviromental Aspects&Impacts, Chemical Products Manipulation
Language and Software Skills:
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), English
Behavioral Competencies in: Communication, Building Relationships, Self Development,Personal Effectiveness, Business skills.
