Energy Experts
Profil:
– Policy and regulatory framework development in support of renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives, including related public-private partnership formation and cross-border power and gas trade;
– Private sector investment, and public-private partnership development for renewable energy and energy efficiency programs;
– Capacity building, particularly for key public offices and utilities in management, business processes, and procurement;
– Regional power trade promotion;
– Community engagement for renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives;
– Power utility performance improvement and turnaround;
– Energy sector assessment and analysis;
– Energy sector knowledge management.
We are also looking for candidates with the experience working on USAID-funded projects in the following areas: financial management, operations, monitoring and evaluation, security, communications, and gender.
