SAP Technical Support Engineers
Mission:
Within a project team as a Technical Support Engineer, you will support an operator of a SAP client. Your duties will include:
Managing technical incidents.
Monitoring and managing the incidents.
Ensuring quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents.
Diagnosing and / or resolving technical customer problems level 2 and 3.
Ensuring preventive maintenance and customer relationship.
Providing knowledge sharing.
Profile:
Computer Engineer.
Fluency in business English is required.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Focus on quality delivery.
